Rootbound is a result of my fascination with snake plants and the care that houseplants in general require. I am considering a series on the theme of Care. I love the collage material in the leaves of the plant. The windows are a subtle reminder of sunlight and the outdoors. A metaphor for self-care, the shovel and plant food promise hope for future transplants.
