I'm excited to report that I've volunteered to be one of the new co-chairs for the Pittsburgh Society of Artists Guild (PSA.)  I hesitated to volunteer, thinking I didn't have enough experience, but I've been assured I will have plenty of help from my fellow co-chair, Andy, and the two exiting co-chairs, Jaime and Bill.  This coming Sunday the PSA will be taking down the current New Members Exhibition in Coraopolis, and Andy and I will meet with Bill and Jaime to learn the ropes of exhibition set-up, insurance issues, and gallery contracts.  And probably a lot of other stuff that I can't foresee at this point.  I have a lot to learn, and I feel like I'm in a good place in life right now where I have the time, energy, and interest to do it.  We shall see.

Wish me luck, and Happy Halloween!
